Introduction:
Welcome to the website for Fenny Bentley village.

Fenny Bentley is situated just north of Ashbourne in Derbyshire and is the southern most village of the Peak District National Park.
​
On this website you will find information about the Parish Council, the history of the village of Fenny Bentley and also information about a community group known as the Fenny Bentley Initiative (FBI).

The next Parish Council Meeting will be held in September/October (date to be confirmed nearer the time) unless there are any urgent matters to deal with. The agenda can be found here.

The Parish Council has been awarded a grant of £3,000 for the purchase of a speed indicator device on the main A515 road through the village.
​
Planning permission has been granted for a footbridge over the river adjacent to the A515, it is hoped that this work will go ahead in due course.
